Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 September 2026

This policy explains what information Morrow (discovermorrow.com) collects when you visit, how it is used, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. Morrow is run by Christina Micallef, based in Dubai. If you have any questions, contact us at discovermorrow@gmail.com.

Information we collect

  • Information collected automatically. When you visit, our host (WordPress.com, run by Automattic) and our advertising partners collect technical information such as your IP address, approximate location based on that IP address, browser and device type, cookie and device identifiers, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the site.
  • Information you give us. If you leave a comment, subscribe by email, create an account, or contact us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email address, and message.

How we use it

  • To run, secure, and improve the site, and to understand which content is popular (through WordPress.com site statistics).
  • To show advertising that helps fund the site (see below).
  • To reply to you, publish your comments, and send emails you have signed up for.

Advertising

Morrow shows ads through WordAds, the advertising program run by Automattic. WordAds and its advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to collect online identifiers, device and browsing activity, and approximate location, and may use this to show ads that are personalized to you. Names and contact details are not shared through the ad program. Under some US state privacy laws, this sharing may count as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, or as “targeted advertising.” You can read more in Automattic’s advertising privacy information.

Affiliate links

Some links on Morrow are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. The retailer or affiliate network may use cookies to track that the sale came from our site.

Who we share information with

  • Automattic / WordPress.com, which hosts the site, provides statistics, handles comments and email subscriptions, and filters spam (Automattic privacy policy).
  • WordAds advertising partners, as described above.
  • Authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell your name, email address, or other contact details to anyone.

Your choices and rights

US residents. Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale, sharing, or use for targeted advertising. To opt out of personalized ads, use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the site footer. For any other request, email discover morrow@gmail.com. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our response.

Visitors in the EU, EEA and UK. Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Visitors from these regions are shown a cookie banner to choose how their data is used for advertising. We rely on your consent for advertising cookies, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing the site for other processing. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as expected.

How long we keep information

We keep comments while they remain published, and email subscriptions until you unsubscribe. We keep messages you send us only as long as needed to respond and for our records. Information collected by WordPress.com and advertising partners is kept according to their own policies.

Children

Morrow is not aimed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We review this policy at least once a year and will update the date at the top whenever it changes.
